BOOKING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. DEPOSIT & BALANCE
On confirmation of booking a minimum non-refundable deposit
of 35% must be paid within 7 days by cheque, bank transfer or
banker’s draft.
Deposit:- Golf Europe Ltd require a 35% (unless otherwise stated)
deposit of the total package price.
Bank Transfers:- clients will normally be charged a transfer
fee by their respective bank.
Final balance payment can be made in POUNDS STERLING or EUROS
by cheque, bank transfer or banker’s draft to our bank
account (see “PAYMENTS” below).
Final balance payment will be requested 10 weeks prior to departure
date. Should you enquire or book less than 10 weeks prior to
departure, the “Total Balance” would be required
within 7 working days.
2. PAYMENTS
All cheques etc should be made payable to: - Golf Europe Ltd.
All bank transfers and drafts should be made out to the following

3. CANCELLATIONS
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to:-
Golf Europe Ltd, Torridon, Hillside Road, Barrhead, Glasgow
G78 1ES, Scotland.
Cancellations made less than 14 days, prior to departure, 50%
charges apply. (Unless otherwise stated)
Cancellations made less than 7 days, prior to departure, 100%
charges apply. (Unless otherwise stated)
*we recommend all clients to take holiday insurance to protect
against these charges*

4. CHANGES
Tee times missed due to poor weather conditions are handled
on an individual basis by each course and are not the responsibility
of Golf Europe Ltd. In most cases the courses will work to
re-schedule your round. If re-scheduling is not possible,
the course(s) and Golf Europe Ltd has the descretion to authorise
a refund to our clients, providing Golf Europe Ltd has been
re-funded by the respective courses or resorts.
Tee times missed for any other reason, including flight delays,
are the sole responsibility of the individual and are not
the responsibility of the golf course or Golf Europe Ltd.
5. GENERAL
Handicap: MEN: max 28, LADIES: 36.
Clients should produce their official handicap certificates
at the respective course(s).
This may be required on the respective golf courses at any
time.
If clients are making their own way to the courses, they must
report at least 30 mins prior to their designated tee off
time(s).
All courses have a “no metal spikes” policy, although
most courses have the facility to change to soft spikes for
a small extra charge.
6. BUGGIES
Where buggies are included in your green fee this will be
clearly stated on your confirmation. We are pleased to reserve
buggies on your behalf, however, several clubs will not pre-book.
Where we pre-book your payment for your buggy is made by you
to the club.
7 . TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Golf / Accommodation / Car Hire Vouchers and details will
be either sent to your home address or faxed to you (golf
vouchers can be collected from our agents on arrival at your
destination). Please ensure you take your vouchers with you
for arrival at the hotel, collection of your car and to the
golf course.
